Ashburn Offshore has been providing agent partner services for oversea oil & gas suppliers to develop and distribute their production and services, in and around mainland and offshore China since 2004.

As part of this service offering, Ashburn Offshore professionally deliver complex heavy lift and transportation projects on our partners behalf, using a combination of techniques, equipment and services. We are able to provide support to our partners with a tailored approach depending on their individual requirements, these include:

Dedicated project managers to lead and oversee all aspects of the project delivery, including timing, cost and quality management. Our project managers are knowledgeable and experienced within the industry and have a proven track record of safe and successful project delivery.

Our engineering team are able to design and engineer full solutions to our clients requirements. Ashburn Offshore engineers have extensive knowledge and experience working with a range of equipment and heavy lift techniques. We work closely with our partners to fully understand the project deliverables and develop practical and cost effective solutions to overcome the challenges.

Ashburn Offshore provide highly skilled and professional project supervisors, operators and technicians to support project delivery across each of the service disciplines.

We offer global and regional logistics, shipping and transportation support for equipment, operational teams and materials.

Ashburn Offshore can provide equipment hire services across all of our equipment fleet. These service offerings can be provided with the relevant operational teams or on an equipment hire only contract. Ashburn Offshore are also able to provide operational teams to deliver projects using our own, our partners or our clients equipment, as our teams are familiar and competent with an extensive range of market leading equipment.

To support the ongoing maintenance requirements across our partners extensive equipment fleets, Ashburn Offshore are able to provide full maintenance services across our projects. This relieves the cost and time burden for our partners whilst ensure all equipment is in service and any equipment faults can be diagnosed and addressed quickly.
