Ashburn Offshore offer precision weighing and load cell calculations across the heavy lift, transport and offshore industry. We own and operate an extensive range of load cells, which can also be used in combination with our weighter jacks to deliver complex and accurate weighing operations. Our range of capacities include 600Te, 300Te, 200Te and 100Te which can be used in combination to determine load and cargo weights. In addition to weighing functionality, they also can be applied with a jacking/climbing functionality or held in a holding position.

As part of our engineering services, we also offer load testing capabilities to correctly test and calculate load capacities for beams, stools and other heavy lift equipment. Our highly skilled team can also design and engineer suitable solutions for our clients project requirements.

Our extensive fleet of SPMT's (Self Propelled Modular Transporters) provide state of the art, high capacity transport solutions. Capable of delivering heavy and abnormal loads through complex routes and restrictive sites, using their impressive maneuverability, to safely deliver the most challenging of loads. 

As part of our heavy lifting services we offer high capacity jacking and skidding systems, capable of lifting and moving the most challenging of loads. Our experienced in-house team can design complex engineering solutions using our heavy lifting systems to deliver a wide range of heavy project requirements, including loadouts and heavy installations.

Our engineers work closely with our clients to understand the exact fundamentals of each load, in order to correctly design, fabricate and supply appropriate lifting frames for each load we undertake. Our extensive industry experience in lift frame engineering means we fully appreciate the necessity of professionally engineering safe and appropriate lift frames.
