Ashburn Offshore’s standard range of strand jacks offer safe working load (SWL) capacities from 15 to 900Te per jack, coupled with proven standard operating speeds of up to 60m per hour with Ashburn’s diesel driven hydraulic power units.

Control and monitoring systems can be as simple or sophisticated as the particular contract demands and range from local to fully remote, operating single or multiple jacks arrangements. Cable recoiling and handling systems can be employed to limit down time between successive operations and optimise cable re-use.

Where required, structural frameworks allow jacks to be connected to structures through articulated joints using standard rigging equipment.

Ashburn Offshore own and operate a large fleet of jacking and skidding systems. Our fleet of jacks include a range of specific capabilities including;

•    200Te Climbing jacks
•    600Te Weighing jacks
•    600 – 1000Te Hydraulic jacks 

These jacking systems provide us with the capabilities to deliver complex and challenging heavy lift projects using a variety of techniques. With a selection of such high capacity equipment, Ashburn Offshore are able to utilise our jacking and skidding systems to engineer practical solutions to many of the heavy lift and offshore industry challenges. 
 

Ashburn Offshore own and operate an extensive range of load cells, which can also be used in combination with our weighter jacks to deliver complex and accurate weighing operations. Our range of capacities include 600Te, 300Te, 200Te and 100Te which can be used in combination to determine load and cargo weights. In addition to weighing functionality, they also can be applied with a jacking/climbing functionality or held in a holding position.

Included in Ashburn’s fleet of equipment are 20Te rated pulling load general purpose hydraulic winches. Our winches are supplied with Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) and associated hydraulic hose and connections. Each winch is complete with 250m of 40mm wire rope.

The winches can be secured via HD bolts or by slings/pad-eye anchors on the rear of the support frames. Slings, shackle, sheave blocks and general rigging are available subject to your project requirements.

Responding to our customer requirements and requests for a modular portable overboard pumping system, Ashburn Offshore has introduced the 360Te/Hr. range of equipment complete with suction and discharge hoses. Ideal for ballasting operations across the offshore industry.
